We have been very blessed to have some of the best State Representatives representing us in Pierre, and I look to continue their work, if you’ll have me.
Issues

South Dakota’s economy is growing quickly. We must keep taxes low so South Dakotans feel the support they need to start and grow their businesses, raise their families, and thrive in our state.

The U.S. Constitution is clear about the right to bear arms. As a State Representative, I would firmly commit to following the original intent of the framers of the U.S. Constitution - and would not support any measure that threatens those God-given rights.

Parents in South Dakota are best equipped to know what their children need — and that extends to the classroom. We support our wonderful teachers, but we also support our wonderful parents’ rights to direct their child’s education as they see fit.

I have fought for many years to protect the unborn, and still believe that we have a sacred duty to protect those who are vulnerable, from the unborn to the most elderly in our communities. I support life from the beginning to the natural end, and will always fight for it in Pierre.

Veterans and active duty military are an incredibly important part of South Dakota. We need to do all we can to protect them, promote them, and stand by them as they make their mark on our state. I’m also a strong supporter of Ellsworth AFB.

Government is best when it is small and limited, and I believe this fact is illustrated by the growth of South Dakota. While other states tax their residents into oblivion, South Dakota knows that limited government is the best government.

Our first responders are some of the finest people our state has to offer, and we ought to do all we can to give them the support they need to continue serving us well.

Fentanyl and other substances are wreaking havoc on our state, and hurting our people. We must crack down on the trafficking and usage of narcotics!
